Mission and Purpose

The mission and purpose of NeuroHealth Solutions is to improve the health of individuals and communities by providing home-based, comprehensive, family focused, high quality health care services to individuals who have difficulty accessing health care. Our practitioners and clinicians are board certified with extensive experience in working with in-home and clinical practice.

Our Story

Robert Roth and Tim Lloyd established NeuroHealth Solutions after seeing the rising need for a superior multidisciplinary and personalized approach for individuals and families in underserved populations.

Together, they have adopted a Co-CEO structure to expand the company’s leadership scope and capacity.

The mission of NeuroHealth Solutions is to be a leading voice in advocating for the application of evidence-based therapy that improves the quality of life for individuals and families in their local communities via increased education, training, and advocacy.

Robert M. Roth is the current Owner/Administrator of Hillendale Cares, a residential facility in Hernando County, Florida, serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Mr. Roth is also an admitted attorney in good standing to practice law in the State of New York since 1998 and the State of Florida since 2001.

Mr. Roth graduated from St. John’s University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1997 and from The University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 1993. In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Roth served as an Adjunct Professor at The City University of New York at Brooklyn College from 2009-2012, developing new courses of study for The University in the fields of Sustainable Real Estate, Business, and Marketing. He was also awarded Best New Property Development of 2010 in the Low-Rise Residential Building class in conjunction with The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s Office.

Dr. Tim Lloyd enjoys a remarkable career of over 25 years, successfully proven in private practice and corporate settings. As a board-certified behavior analyst and licensed mental health professional, he leverages a wide variety of clinical expertise and life experiences in helping his clients reach their personal goals. Additionally, Dr. Lloyd’s experience includes the development of healthcare practices in Florida, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, Virginia, Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, Colorado, and Hawaii. While serving as the Director of the Behavioral Health Division of Community Ties of America, Inc., his expansion efforts resulted in company recognition by Inc Magazine as one of the top 15% of the 5,000 fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States (2009).

Dr. Lloyd holds certifications, master’s, and doctorate-level degrees in psychology, counseling, theology, and behavioral science from Liberty University, Florida Institute of Technology and Great Plains Divinity School.

Dr. Audrey Sherman is a licensed Psychologist, Coach, and author of the popular book, Dysfunction Interrupted-How to Quickly Overcome Depression, Anxiety and Anger Starting Now.

Dr. Sherman earned degrees from Clemson University and The University of Georgia, and completed her doctoral internship through Wayne State University’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences in Detroit, MI. She has served as director of a residential unit for adolescents at a private psychiatric hospital in South Carolina, taught as an associate professor through Clemson University and practiced in a multi-disciplinary clinic before building two private practices of her own. She is also Founder and CEO of PsychSkills Consulting Group, providing assessments, coaching and consulting services to corporations worldwide.

He has extensive experience in family practice, primary care, geriatrics, house calls, aesthetics, Veterans Administration compensation and pension examinations, comprehensive health assessments, and research. Dr. Shields is dedicated to improving access to high quality health care by providing comprehensive and compassionate home-based health care services.
Terrence Bryant

Dr. Terrence Bryant has over 20 years of practical experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to a variety of populations. These include individuals with severe emotional-behavioral disturbances, autism and related disorders, intellectual disabilities, various mental illnesses, and a host of other issues requiring treatment. He has served these populations in state ICF facilities, family home settings, group home settings, foster care, schools, independent living environments, shelter placements, and other community settings. Dr. Bryant has a wealth of experience in behavioral assessment and behavior treatment plan development.

Dr. Bryant also has 10 years of experience as a lead professor and faculty mentor with Kaplan University and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Purdue University Global. Dr. Bryant’s academic and research interests are in the areas of Applied Behavior Analysis and Multicultural Issues in Psychology. His educational background includes Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from East Carolina University and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Capella University.

Dr. Michelle Thorn has enjoyed working in the field Exceptional Student Education (ESE) since 2005. She currently works in Volusia County Schools, teaches graduate students online, and provides in-home ABA therapy to individuals with disabilities. Dr. Thorn has experience working with individuals with disabilities from kindergarten through adulthood, in the following settings: residential, group homes, public school self-contained, public school resource, and in the home. She holds a Professional Teaching Certificate in the State of Florida and is nationally certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral Level (BCBA-D). Dr. Thorn studied special education in graduate school by first earning a Master of Education degree with a concentration in Special Education and Autism Spectrum Disorders. She then advanced her studies by earning a Doctor of Education degree with a concentration in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. Dr. Thorn is a dedicated professional, not only to her students and clients, but also to their families and her colleagues. She measures her success by the progress and success of all of those around her, and considers them as an immediate reflection of her work. Dr. Thorn welcomes any challenge which may arise each day, either social, behavioral, or academic.

Maya Mitchell, founder, and chief executive officer of the Gifted Center for Autism has been working in the field of applied behavior analysis for over 13 years and has a Board Certification in Behavior Analysis. Prescott College, one of the United States’ top 300 universities, is where she obtained her master’s degree in counseling psychology. Maya has extensive expertise in leading the development of comprehensive training programs and providing training to increase employee performance. Maya has been instrumental in the creation of several educational initiatives. Able to take charge of projects and operations and devise methods for meeting the company’s training needs. Capable of managing a wide range of projects, monitoring employee performance, and guiding newly trained analysts toward excellence. She is skilled at composing lengthy reports that detail the features and actions necessary to increase productivity while decreasing costs. Workflow efficiency and personnel growth and development have been prioritized in the process of establishing compliance and coaching standards. Possess excellent communication skills and a history of successfully cooperating with patients, their loved ones, and interdisciplinary teams.
