Mental Health Targeted Case Management

Neurohealth Solutions offers services to children, adolescents, and adults whose mental health diagnosis presents day to day challenges. Service is driven by goal-oriented and individualized support through assessment, planning, resource linkage, advocacy, coordination, and monitoring of service. These services are in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws, professional ethics, and company policies and procedures.

Targeted Case Management and Housing teams are staffed with board-certified behavioral health case managers (CBHCMs) who are supervised by licensed clinicians and CBHCMS.
